Exchange and Returns
How do I return my online purchase?
- Enter your name and email address in the fields below
- Message us the items that you wish to return, along with a description for the reasons on why you wish to return the items.
- You will get a confirmation email when the return request is approved, and you can proceed to bring the items to our physical store.
- Gift vouchers equal to the item's amount will then be issued to you, which will be valid for one month upon the date of issue.
What are the items which are returnable?
- Returns and Exchanges are only applicable for orders made directly from our physical or online store. Orders made from third parties will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- You must return the items within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
- Your items must not be damaged and in the same condition that you received it. If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange.
- Sales items or Promotional items are strictly not returnable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 3-5 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
What happens if I received incorrect/defective items?
- We sincerely apologise if you received an incorrect or defective item from us.
- In the case of a defect item, please email email@example.com within 7 days, with a snapshot of the defect attached in the email.
- Tango Mango will then issue you with a gift card equalling the amount of your item, which will be valid for a year upon the date of issue.
Defective items DO NOT include the following;
- Different placement of prints
- Slight colour differences due to different monitors resolutions and lighting
- Small scratches on the products
